Terms and Conditions
FPR EVENT SOLUTION AGREEMENT:
1) Price Changes: This quote is valid for ten (15) days from the date it is sent in order to hold the prices listed. All charges are subject to change without notice.
2) Responsibility: By signing this document, I acknowledge that I am responsible for the items and materials that I am renting from FPR Event Solution.
3) Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to reserve items. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
4) Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made less than one week prior to the due date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total bill.
5) Payment: All rented items must be paid in full fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.
6) Rental Rates: Rental prices listed are for daily rates. The rental period is based on time out, not time used.
7) Damaged or Lost Items: I am responsible for any lost or damaged items and agree to pay for all damages in full. I have a thirty (30) day grace period to cover the total cost of damages. I agree that FPR Event Solution may deduct the cost of damages from my credit/debit card.
8) Catering Items: All catering items (e.g., china, glassware, flatware, chafers, etc.) must be returned in a clean condition (rinsed or wiped off) to avoid a charge of 25% of the rental price as a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be applied to any catering items returned unclean. All linens must also be free of food debris and client decorations.
9) Linens Damage: There will be a replacement fee for linens damaged by candle wax, food grease, or cigarette burns.
10) Condition of Rental Items: All rental items must be returned in the same good condition in which they were received. If a customer is not satisfied with the item or its condition, they must report the issue immediately upon receipt.
11) Shortages: Any shortages must be reported upon delivery. If a customer is not satisfied with the item or its condition, they must report the issue immediately upon receipt.
12) Delivery Charges: Please plan ahead, as an additional delivery charge will apply if our driver has to return to the site for items not ordered. If the delivery team has to wait more than 30 minutes after the arranged time, there will be a charge of $50.00 per person.
13) Underground Damage: FPR Event Solution is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities or asphalt (concrete) surfaces if we must use stakes where the customer chooses to set up a tent.
14) Damage Waiver: A Damage Waiver is not insurance. If a fee is charged, FPR Event Solution will not hold the renter accountable for accidental damage to items. However, the waiver does not cover theft or missing equipment, damage caused by vandalism, exposure to severe weather conditions, misuse, intentional damage, or negligence regarding rental items. If the damage is considered abusive, the renter will be billed for the full replacement cost. Damaged items must be returned for verification. In the case of lost items, the renter will also be charged for their replacement cost.
By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in the FPR Event Solution agreement.
Payment Policy
To confirm this agreement, an initial payment of 20% of the total contract amount is required.
The remaining balance is due fourteen (10) calendar days prior to to the earliest of the following dates: a) receipt of goods or b) performance of services.
Additional payment processing fees may apply.
General Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability of all services and products, initial payments are non-refundable. You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policy:
- 180 days prior: 10% of total contract amount, less any initial payment (if refundable).
- 30 days prior: 10% of total contract amount, less any initial payment (if refundable).
- 14 days prior: 50% of total contract amount, less any initial payment (if refundable).
Days prior refers to the number of days before the first of the following: receipt of goods or performance of services.
